my updates dont work! how do i change the ip address on maxisys pro

     my updates have not worked for 4 months! no one will reply from autel after lots of emails,just had new email to say ip address has changed! how do i change that on a maxisys pro?

     should not be needed to change.

    if you choose update, do you see the registration of your maxisys in the top left corner?

    if you login to your account on the autel site, is the product under the registered items?

    Support would you mind keeping an eye on this thread and do the follow up if needed?

      Look under FAQ your issue maybe there? Believe you need to delete a file. you can have them do it online by letting them take over your unit.if you call tech line don't wait! Leave a message they will call back faster!

     maxisys automatically obtains IP address, cannot be set manually or changed. The notification of Ip change is for customers who set firewall in local network that they can set white list for the maxisys update.

    Dear support I was getting updates for last three month when I registered my 908 pro
    but it is now more than two weaks I did not getting updates although I see my login id
    in the top but it says no new updates if there is some thing big is about to come?:-)

     Hi If all software is up to date, it will tell you no updates. Please go to Your Messages section after sign in our website, you will see what updates are newly released.

    Hi,
    Changed ip address manually as they sent me ip address in an email and now
    updates have started working again.new ip addressis 100.42.60.227, thanks for all
    your replys.
